Steve Norwood

Steve, founder and owner of Norwood Realty Group LLC, has a long rich history of experience in the Real Estate industry. Steve obtained his license in 1999, following his father’s footsteps, Dick Norwood who was licensed in 1978. Steve has extensive knowledge in the area of residential sales as well as commercial. He has served as Broker in Charge and managing broker for various firms. Steve also teaches Continued Education courses for Realtors throughout North Carolina.

Steve decided to channel his hard work, charisma, and true passion for the business and create his own firm, Norwood Realty Group LLC. His firm is committed to assisting all clients in any size transaction with full service, and complete integrity.

Steve’s daughter Stephanie joined the firm in 2019, making her the third generation Realtor in the family.

Steve also loves the community he serves in. He has lived and worked in the Huntersville, Lake Norman area since 1977, and enjoys serving the neighbors through the church where he plays guitar and sings with the praise team. Steve and his wife Ny Norwood, spearhead a fundraising BBQ a couple times a year, and they serve the less fortunate through the Mountain Island Community Church street missions.

Steve states that out of all the accolades and awards over the years, the friendships and relationships with clients are the most cherished.
